These biscuits are so easy to make, and super cute! Perfect for your halloween party or even as a little seasonal treat. I used my trusty Easy Vegan Shortbread recipe and the same icing recipe I used for my Vegan Gingerbread, another seasonal treat but it's not quite that time of year yet haha!

Total time: 1 hour 30 minutes

Ingredients
Yield: 16 Biscuits
Ingredients
- One portion Easy Vegan Shortbread
- 150g Icing Sugar
- Approx. 2 Tbsp Dairy Free Milk
- Gel food colouring - various (Sugarflair ones are vegan friendly)
- Make the shortbread as per instructions, using a "gingerbread man" cutter to cut out the shortbread.
- Once the shortbread is fully cooled, mix together your icing sugar and milk in a bowl.
- Separate this into as many bowls as you want for how many colours you would like to use, then add a few drops of each gel food colouring to each bowl and mix well to combine.
- Transfer each set of icing to a separate piping bag, then transfer these to the freezer for a few minutes to harden.
- Cut the end off each piping bag (only a tiny amount, enough to allow some icing through) then pipe and decorate your biscuits however you feel, using as many or as few colours as you want! Leave to set, then enjoy!
