These Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread Muffins are really something else - the combination of chocolate and banana is one I use regularly, although it can take a little bit of skill to master. Not sure if I should call it skill, but rather careful mixing, as the chocolate and banana can make the batter a little heavy and more difficult to bake, don't let this deter you from making it though, I promise it's worth the effort!

Vegan Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
These chocolate chip banana muffins are something I used to make all the time when I first went vegan. They were something that was so familiar to what I ate as a non-vegan, so a bit of "comfort food" to start with really. They were also really easy to veganise, it's pretty impossible to mess up muffins!

Vegan Banana Bread
One grey Saturday morning I noticed that we had some bananas that were looking pretty ripe. This meant I had a few options. Firstly, make a load of banana smoothies, although I was lacking the spinach and other fruits that I needed (and it was icy and snowy outside so I wasn't going to the shops). Secondly, freeze the bananas and save for a later date (I'm talking banana nice cream). Thirdly, make banana bread. I settled on the last one as it meant I got to make something warming and then rather than having to wait!

Vegan American Style Pancakes
I woke up on a Sunday morning and my usual breakfast of porridge just wasn't going to cut it - I wanted pancakes 😋 This recipe made the fluffiest pancakes and the toppings made them not only the most aesthetically pleasing pancakes I've made but also the tastiest!

Honey and Banana Flapjacks - Non Vegan
I love flapjacks. The fact that they include oats means I can pretend I am being healthy by eating them - bonus! These flapjacks also include banana - double healthy bonus! I am also a huge fan of honey, so adding it to flapjack was inevitable. When I finally decided to make them, the resulting flapjacks were just oh so delicious!
