Continuing on with my new-found love for ginger, here we have an easy peasy recipe for a Ginger Millionaire's Bar. A ginger-flavoured biscuit base, topped with a ginger-date caramel, then finished off with a smooth layer of chocolate - what's not to like?!

Chocolate Orange Cookies (Vegan + Nut Free)
The idea behind this recipe is a totally selfish one from my part. My boyfriend was enjoying some store bought chocolate orange cookies, and obviously they're filled with dairy and eggs so a total no-go for me, so I decided why not make my own?!

Ginger Tiffin (Vegan + Nut Free)
Recently I've been enjoying playing around with some different flavours, and ginger has definitely been one of them! I love how refreshing it is and that it gives a small "kick" to bakes. This recipe for Ginger Tiffin (Vegan + Nut Free) is so simple and easy to follow - but the result is super tasty.

Nut Free "Hazelnot Crunch" Vegan Brownies
You wouldn't have to ask me twice what my favourite chocolate bar is for me to say NOMO! Since discovering them last year I have been obsessed with their whole range, so when they contacted me to try out their new Nut Free Hazelnot Crunch Choc Bar I quickly said yes!

Marshmallow Snowmen Cupcakes (Vegan)
These super cute Marshmallow Snowmen Cupcakes are a perfect Christmas treat, and super cute! I used a dusting of icing sugar to make it look like a lovely little snowy scene and I'm so pleased with how they turned out ☺️

Vegan Chocolate Caramel Crispie Treats
These are a real treat and a throwback to the snacks of my childhood - I believe making rice crispie treats is a staple of learning to bake as a child, and I really enjoyed going back to that and making my own. These Vegan Chocolate Caramel Crispie Treats required sourcing vegan marshmallows, vegan caramel and vegan chocolate chips - all of which are seriously easy to do now thanks to the ever growing amount of vegan products on the market!

Homemade Vegan Maltesers
These have long been on my list to try and "veganize" - and as far as I know there aren't any vegan maltesers available on the market... so I decided to make them myself!

Vegan Chocolate Mousse Pie with an Oreo Crust
Since being introduced to silken tofu pies by a friend on Instagram, I have been dreaming (day-dreaming, not literally dreaming) about making an Oreo pie. With a buttery Oreo biscuit base and a smooth chocolate filling. Well, no more day-dreaming about pie for me, as I've made that dream a reality 😎

Vegan White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookies
Since giving up dairy and eggs, I feel like I've really been missing the supermarket cookies you see her in the UK. I've made my standard chocolate chip, double chocolate - but I knew there was one more I needed to try (not oat and raisin, does anyone actually like them?!). Obviously White Chocolate and Raspberry!

Chocolate Chip Scones (Vegan)
Scones are so quick and easy to make, and have always been firm favourite of mine. Normally I would be making fruit scones, however I decided to mix things up and go for some dark chocolate chips, making a sweet, vegan and satisfying snack.

Lotus Biscoff Rocky Road Bars (Vegan)
One of the best things about avoiding dairy/eggs/animal products is when you discover new goodies to use! I've known about Lotus Biscoff Spread being "accidentally vegan" for a few years now, and as Rocky Road is one of my most popular blog posts I was keen to try out a new variation of it - cue Lotus Biscoff Rocky Road Bars!

Vegan Wagon Wheels
A wagon wheel is a classic British treat, and something that I haven't had since I went vegetarian 3 years ago. Unfortunately, standard marshmallows contain gelatine, so therefore not suitable for vegetarians (or vegans!). Luckily for us though there are now vegan marshmallows available to buy, and all you need is some jam, biscuits and chocolate and you can make your own!

Vegan Cookie Dough Truffles
These truffles are such a treat. Something that you just want to eat 5 in a sitting treat. Or more, you know, if you're feeling wild 😜Seriously though these cooke dough truffles are super tasty and super vegan. I always feel like such a winner when I make tasty vegan treats, not that there's anything too complicated to it, but just that I've succeeded again in proving that vegan doesn't equal boring!

Chocolate Chunk Cookies (Gluten Free + Vegan)
Gluten free baking used to scare me, being honest it still does, but I'm getting a lot more comfortable with it. I've managed to make a few gluten free things now, and as cookies are one of the easiest things to make (in my opinion), I thought I might as well try making them gluten free!

Chocolate Cranberry Tiffin (Vegan)
This chocolate cranberry tiffin is something you can whip together in a few minutes and enjoy as soon as it's set! Tiffin is something that is easy to "vegan-ise" as it just requires some simple swaps and you get exactly the same result! This tiffin was super tasty and definitely hit satisfied my sweet cravings!

Chocolate Cake with Vegan Chocolate Ganache
This cake is the proof that being vegan doesn't mean you having to miss out on anything - and that includes a good chocolate ganache! This recipe is super simple with no "fancy" ingredients (that's what we like!) and it makes the perfect celebration cake! Ridiculously easy to make and the ganache only calls for two ingredients, you really need to try this yourself to believe how good it is!

Gluten Free Brownies (Vegan + Nut Free)
If you've been reading my blog recently, you'll see I've been trying out eating a low/no gluten diet. Whilst I haven't been strictly no gluten, I have enjoyed trying out ways to reduce my gluten intake whilst still making tasty treats. Brownies are something I really enjoy making and was keen to try out making a gluten free version of. The Gluten Free Brownies are still super tasty, and are made using ingredients that you can easily access in most good supermarkets - always a bonus!
