Since being introduced to silken tofu pies by a friend on Instagram, I have been dreaming (day-dreaming, not literally dreaming) about making an Oreo pie. With a buttery Oreo biscuit base and a smooth chocolate filling. Well, no more day-dreaming about pie for me, as I've made that dream a reality 😎

Vegan Apple Pie

There's nothing more comforting that a nice big slice of apple pie. Especially if you have it with a scoop of ice cream or a dollop of custard. This pie has a from-scratch buttery crust with a sweet apple filling - and I can promise you it will not disappoint!

First off, I would like to make a HUGE apology for my absolute lack of posts for the past few months - after a few life changes I became much busier than normal and found it hard to find time to bake or write up blog posts.
