These super cute Marshmallow Snowmen Cupcakes are a perfect Christmas treat, and super cute! I used a dusting of icing sugar to make it look like a lovely little snowy scene and I'm so pleased with how they turned out ☺️

Cinnamon and Sultana Muffins - Vegan!

Okay so I really do recognise that most of my posts feature chocolate, so to shake things up a bit I thought I'd try posting something without chocolate for once! These Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread Muffins are really something else - the combination of chocolate and banana is one I use regularly, although it can take a little bit of skill to master. Not sure if I should call it skill, but rather careful mixing, as the chocolate and banana can make the batter a little heavy and more difficult to bake, don't let this deter you from making it though, I promise it's worth the effort!

These Apple Crumble Muffins are fluffy, tasty, easy to make and an all-round winner really! I have a love for muffins, they're warming and a suitable portion size that you can pop one in your lunch box or sneak one throughout the day without ruining your appetite - dreamy stuff! I also have a love for apple crumble (even though I haven't written up my recipe for it on this blog yet whoops I will get on that right away), so it made sense that I incorporate the two and make these Apple Crumble Muffins!
