Nut Free "Hazelnot Crunch" Vegan Brownies

You wouldn't have to ask me twice what my favourite chocolate bar is for me to say NOMO! Since discovering them last year I have been obsessed with their whole range, so when they contacted me to try out their new Nut Free Hazelnot Crunch Choc Bar I quickly said yes!

Gluten Free Brownies (Vegan + Nut Free)

If you've been reading my blog recently, you'll see I've been trying out eating a low/no gluten diet. Whilst I haven't been strictly no gluten, I have enjoyed trying out ways to reduce my gluten intake whilst still making tasty treats. Brownies are something I really enjoy making and was keen to try out making a gluten free version of. The Gluten Free Brownies are still super tasty, and are made using ingredients that you can easily access in most good supermarkets - always a bonus!

Black Forest Brownies ~ Vegan ~

So this recipe idea might seem a little familiar, if it does, you've probably seen my recipe for Raspberry Brownies. I'll admit this is pretty much the same recipe, with a few tweaks of the ingredients and the use of some different fruits. It may be a little cheeky just tweaking one of my own recipes, but to be honest if a recipe works why not play around with it! There's always room for improvement, and in the wonderful world of brownies why not see if you can make something utterly delicious?!

Vegan Raspberry Brownies

I feel like I should just rename this page "Susiechef and Chocolate" because it's basically 95% chocolate recipes! I don't see any problem in that though, so I'll keep doing me 😃 I'll come clean and say I haven't eaten a raspberry in years. I really really reaaaally do not like them - they're just a bit sour for me! And I loved these brownies. I reckon if you cover anything in chocolate it's good!

Vegan Cookie Dough Brownies (Brookies)

I've seen these floating around the internet for a few years, and decided I should try making them for myself. By these, I mean the most epic concoction ever created in the kitchen. Brownies topped with Cookies. YES. The glorious brownie, already a champion in it's own right, topped with the beautiful cookie, in all its chocolatey goodness. 

Vegan Oreo Brownies

Oh. Em. Geeeee!

Yes, I feel strange writing that, but really I feel it's the only suitable way to describe this. Oreo Brownies. Seriously, can it get any better?! Oh wait, they're vegan too?! YES, Oreos are one of those "accidentally vegan" foods!

Vegan Beetroot Brownies

Beetroot and chocolate are two of those flavours that just go. I don't know how it took me so long to realise this, but since I did I've been making plenty of cakes and enjoying plenty of brownies that combine the two. These brownies are a lovechild of chocolate and beetroot, just look how gooey and rich they are! These went down a treat with my non-vegan family too, which is always a plus!

What I Ate Wednesday 31.01.18

Here we go again with another What I Ate Wednesday. I'll admit, I made a conscious effort to make this different to last weeks post, as I am definitely guilty of eating the same meals over and over! I find it especially difficult to come up with new meals I can have for lunch each day, because I need something that is easily put into a tupperware box to take to work with me.

Vegan Chocolate Orange Brownies

This year is going to be the first year in my life (that I can remember) where I won't be having a Terry's Chocolate Orange 😱 So unless some miracle happens before Christmas and a vegan version of a chocolate orange appears I'll have to make do with these Vegan Chocolate Orange Brownies!
