Easter Chocolate Nest Cups (Vegan)

These are the perfect little Easter treat for when you want something cute and tasty but incredibly easy to make! Only three ingredients and no baking, just melting and stirring! Perfect 😎

Easter Chocolate Nest Cups (Vegan)

Total time: 1 hour 30 minutes
Yield: 16 nests
  • 300g Dark Chocolate
  • 2 Tsp Golden Syrup
  • 270g Shredded Wheat
Cooking Directions
  1. In a large bowl, break the shredded wheat up using your hands until it is crumbly.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a bowl, then stir in the golden syrup to combine.
  3. Pour the chocolate mixture into the shredded wheat bowl, stirring to combine.
  4. Once fully combined, line a cupcake tin with cases then spoon the mixture in, pulling some of the mixture up the sides to make the "nest".
  5. Transfer to the fridge and chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour until set, then decorate with decorative chickens and chocolate eggs.
