Vegan Orange and White Chocolate Donuts

As you can probably tell from all my donut related posts recently, I've been really enjoying using my new donut pans! These donuts are wonderfully tasty, with the zesty orange and the smooth white chocolate complementing each other beautifully.

Vegan Chocolate and Vanilla Marble Cake

The humble marble cake is one of those cakes that looks impressive, suggesting it could be complex to make, BUT it is actually incredibly easy to make!

I've been making marble cakes for a few years now, however this was as a non vegan, but seeing as though I've been making cakes as a vegan for a while now, I figured why not make a marble cake!

My Vegan Story

On the one year anniversary of me becoming vegan, I thought it would be fun to share "My Vegan Story" or how I became vegan. I'm going to be totally honest and say I used to think vegans were odd. Not odd really, but different. I don't really know how to put it, but the best thing I can think of is that the whole thing was something I didn't fully understand.

Lotus Biscoff Donuts - Vegan!

If you haven't heard of the wonderful thing that is Lotus Biscoff Spread yet, where have you been?! It's a gloriously tasty (and accidentally vegan) spread made from the delicious caramel Lotus Biscoff Biscuits. You can enjoy the spread on toast, pancakes ,fruit... or you can make donuts with them!

Vegan Bean Chilli

I feel like being able to make a chilli is one of those staple means any mediocre cook should be able of, and I'm talking about using one of those pre-made spice sachets! This is such a staple meal for me, I practically lived off it in my final year of university! A chilli is one of those meals where you can eat it in so many different ways, the most obvious one being with rice, but you could also enjoy with pasta, quinoa, mashed potatoes (it can't just be me that does this). You can also rework the chilli into different meals, so have it wrapped up in a burrito with some guacamole, alongside some tortilla chips - any way you like really!

Vegan Jammy Dodgers

With this recipe, no longer will you need to buy Jammie Dodgers from the "free from" section of the supermarket. This is a super easy recipe for making your own Jammy Dodgers at home, at a fraction of the cost! (Plus, these are better than any shop bought ones you could get 😉).

Vegan Cinnamon Donuts With A Chocolate Glaze

Everywhere I look on social media I seem to be seeing donuts. This must have got to my subconscious because I found myself browsing Amazon looking for donut pans. These cinnamon donuts with a chocolate glaze are the  first donuts I've ever made (unless you count my failed attempt at making donuts in home economics when I was 12...) and I am SO pleased with how they turned out!

Vegan Oreo Brownies

Oh. Em. Geeeee!

Yes, I feel strange writing that, but really I feel it's the only suitable way to describe this. Oreo Brownies. Seriously, can it get any better?! Oh wait, they're vegan too?! YES, Oreos are one of those "accidentally vegan" foods!

Vegan French Toast

Oh. My. Word.

I know, vegan french toast!! Can it get any better than this! I don’t think so.

This is such a revelation to me, turning vegan I thought breakfasts like this, accompanied by a healthy (or unhealthy…) drizzle of maple syrup were a thing of the past. To be honest, it would probably be better for me if they were because then I wouldn’t be tempted to eat them all the time!
